The first time I listened to your mix of “Angels In My Room”, my immediate reaction was WOW, this sounds really good! As it progressed I was surprised by what you had taken out, backing vocals, harmonies, sax solo, strings & guitars in the coda, and I found it difficult to not expect them to be there, after having heard it so many times in it's original form. But after a couple of listens I started to really get what you had done by stripping it down & taking out a lot of clutter; it's got a much purer sound, almost singer/songwriter feel to it, rather than a more heavily produced pop song feel. I can also hear changes in the parts that you've left in, & I really think you've done a brilliant job on it! I still like the original version, but your version seems more contemporary sounding and fresher.
Having listened to the original so many times when I was writing & recording it (you know how it is), and initially expecting the missing parts to come in, at first I though it might sound better with one or two parts that you'd taken out put back in. But I left it for an hour or so, & then listened to it again a couple of times, and I actually think what you've done is fantastic just as it is! Really good job David, I'm so impressed.

Very Nice. Like that you have kind of updated the song with the reverbed kick sounds like Amy Winehouse groove. Good ear. I'm going to put this song back and see if I can get it on tv or film.

It's a cool mix, it seems like the beat was mixed a little different than I would have imagined. But overall the actual quality is superb.

This morning I drove to Cologne while listening to the masters of “Blond Waiting” and “Relaxiting”.
What can I say? They sounded brighter, better and more powerful. Well done! Thank you very much!

Thank you for a great job, yes it’s a bit heavy the accordion but I'm happy with it. After a few Guinness's it will sound great I'm sure.
I will be sending you more songs to master in the future. Thanks again for a great job
and I'm sure you will do very well with your business in the future.
